PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason and you wish to change the product you selected, in order to obtain exactly what you are looking for, you may register a replacement request within 7 days of receiving it, either:

– by sending a message to our e-mail address : rombas.handmade@gmail.com

– by contacting us by phone on +30 2310 555130 (from Monday to Friday 10am – 8pm)

– by visiting our physical store in the center of Thessaloniki and at 8 Antigonidon Street (from Monday to Friday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.).

The product must be returned to us in its original sales condition (unused and undamaged) otherwise we will be in the unpleasant position of returning it to you at your expense.

You must arrange for the correct return of the product to our workshop, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

Make sure from the beginning that your order is accurate because in the case of a return, you are responsible for the additional transportation of the product.

Although the entire transaction (from the time of the order to the receipt of the product by you) is done with great care, we cannot rule out human error. Thus, in the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by our laboratory (e.g. if the product you selected is not as described – images and text – in our catalogs), we undertake to resend, at our own expense, the product you ordered, to the specified address.
